ORDERS

  • On certain items we consider every reasonable offer, and respond generally within 2 hours by email with an acceptance invoice or a counter-offer. Please email us any offer you have to teleportvintage@gmail.com

  • We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Affirm. You will have the option at checkout to select your preferred payment method.

  • Of course you can cancel your order if you change your mind - you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order. Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel them unfortunately.

  • Yes - as long as we haven't shipped it yet! If you need to change your address, please email us ASAP at teleportvintage@gmail.com with your order number and new address.

    If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to the wrong address - please inform the shipping company directly. If the parcel can be returned to us we may b able to arrange a new delivery.

  • Please email us immediately and let us know which item was missing and your order number so that we can look into this for you!

  • If you think we may have made a mistake with any of your items - please let us know by emailing us a full description of the mistake with photographs so that we can investigate what happened.

  • Our team works tirelessly to ensure only authentic items are listed on our website. We include several quality control points during our process to remove any fakes. This is supported by strong supplier relationships and the team's extensive experience of handling branded vintage clothing. If you have any doubts about an item's authenticity please email the customer service team with pictures and an detailed explanation of your concerns.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of the items we sell we currently do not accept returns on most items. Because all of our items are vintage and sold as is we do not accept returns. Please make sure to read all of the measurements, condition notes, and look at the reference photography of each item before purchasing.

  • All orders have a 1-3 business day handling time in addition to the shipping times. We aim to have orders shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order, but with such a small team, this is not always possible.

    Please contact us before making your purchase if you need an item by a specific date so we can advise you on shipping and expedited handling.

  • Yes, we offer domestic expedited shipping (1-2 business days) available at checkout for a flat fee. Please contact us if you need something overnighted so we can adjust the handling time.

    Expedited Global Express (1-3 business days) is available please contact us for this.

    Please be familiar with your own customs policies and charges. The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes and/or charges. Teleport Vintage + Co is not responsible for any items damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.

  • Yes we do! International shipping (4-10 business days) is available for a flat fee based on item weight. We ship to most all countries that allow shipments from the US.

    Expedited Global Express (1-3 business days) is also available for a flat fee, please contact us directly for this.

  • Domestic US orders under have a small flat shipping fee based on weight (calculated at checkout).

    International orders have a flat shipping fee based on weight (calculated at checkout).

    Domestic expedited and global expedited shipping are available at checkout for a flat fee (calculated at checkout). As well as some other options, please contact us first if you have any concerns with shipping.

    Domestic shipping within the US takes 2-4 business days depending on location. We ship using UPS, unless the address requires an alternate delivery service.

    Domestic expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. Overnight shipping and morning delivery is available by request.

    International Shipping outside of the US can take 4-16 business days.

    Expedited Global Express takes 1-3 business days.*

    *When shipping internationally, delays at customs on either end may extend the shipping time.

    Teleport Vintage + Co is not responsible for any delay or extension of shipping time due to customs, weather, or other delays once it is in possession of the carrier.

PRODUCTS

  • Frankly, we don't know!

    The modern "vanity sizing" you see in most stores does not correlate to high end designer sizing, especially when you take into account sizing changes over the decades.

    Luckily, if you have a measuring tape, we've made it easy for you to find out in the most precise way possible if you will fit into a Teleport Vintage + Co garment.

  • Yes, in 2021 we opened up our massive store in Spokane, WA.

    Contact us for information about setting up private appointments.

    And don’t forget to join our mailing list for updates on our participation in vintage shows around the country, future pop-up shops, and events in the shop!

  • Yes! We have a huge inventory and aren't able to list it all online at once, so it is always good to contact us if you are looking for something special.

    Please include reference images from the web of similar items, your size, color preferences and the date you would need it by.

    We are also regularly buying clothing so even if we don't have it in our current stock, it might be our next great find!

  • Shopping online can be a lot of work, and very confusing. With over two decades of selling vintage, we have a keen eye for unique aspects of the piece, the designer, the quality and the condition.

    Vintage clothing has everything to do with condition and quality. Our standards are very high, we quality check each and every item at several stages before it is listed on the website. We have everything professionally inspected, gently cleaned and prepared so that when you receive a Teleport piece, it is ready to show off.

    After doing this for many years, we have become more and more discriminate about condition and the quality of pieces we add to our inventory. The prices reflect a more selective collection of finer, rarer, and more collectible garments.

  • We currently do not rent to the public.

    We do offer a rental option for certain stylists and Industry costume professionals. We have worked to help style some of the most famous people in the world, and have had Teleport pieces in music videos, films and TV shows.
